Excuse me in advance for the short post but I was up until almost 3am this morning working and have been non-stop all day today too! Save for a quick 50 minute trainer ride while I was waiting for some work feedback...Needless to say, it's been a bit hectic and I'm not really sure how I'm still functioning. I am running on
BUT! The exciting news is my family friend Serena Kessler is racing tomorrow in Houston in the 2012 Marathon Olympic Trials!!! How awesome is that?! She is amazing and so fast. She qualified at Detroit in October with a time of 2:44 (wowzers) and was 2nd overall female. She is one of my inspirations, and is a mom of 2 also!
Here she is - so strong!!
Anyway...the Trials are airing tomorrow from 3-5pm on NBC so watch for her!
